Removed the language="JavaScript" from script tage since it's no longer used these days

Changed the name attribute of the submit and preview inputs from
agb_action$antispam
to
agb_submit_$antispam and agb_preview_$antispam

Now any international characters may be used in there.

Use something to compare the new files with the old ones. 
PSPad (http://pspad.com) has a file comparison function built in or try 
the portable version of WinMerge (http://portableapps.com/apps/utilities/winmerge_portable)
