Factories Will Close for Week Work at the Coshocton Glass Company stopped last night and will not be resumed until Sept. 1. It was reported that work would be continued until the middle of July but owing to the extreme hot weather it was necessary to shut down. Reports from the other factories show that they will all observe next week by closing a whole o? part of the week. The American Art Company closed Saturday for the annual two weeks vacation. The Pope-Gosser China Company closed Saturday and will remain closed until July 4th. Some departments of the H. D. Beach Company will close all week while others will work two or three days. The Coshocton Glove Company will close all week. The Clow Plant will close on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. The Compton-Price Company will close Monday only. The Coshocton National Bank paid out $8588.96 for the Coshocton Brick Co., The Corrugated Paper Co., H. D. Beach Co., Coshocton Machine Mfg.
