This history is in two volumes.
Volume 1 is 530 pages, the first 277 pages contain military
history, business history with many lists of names, starting on page 279
it contains biographical sketches, some with portraits.
Volume 2 is 488 pages, being totally biographical sketches
with some portraits.
This history was published with minimal indexing. There
is, however, an index to the biographical sketches contained in each volume.
